We're Hiring: Sales Engineer

Location: Bhiwani (Office – 5 days/month), Field Role across, Delhi NCR , Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Rohtak , Karnal, Rewadi, Jhajjar , Sonipat, Panipat

Experience: 3+ yrs

Qualification: Diploma in Automobiles / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Are you a driven and experienced Sales Professional with a passion for industrial machines and client success? We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building strong, long-term relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with potential clients.

Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively.

Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

Network with diesel generator service providers, chartered engineers, and other key stakeholders.

Achieve sales targets within assigned territories.

Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation strategies.

Maintain accurate sales activity and client interaction logs in the CRM.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+years of experience in sales (industrial machines preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to present technical info to non-technical audiences.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.

Willingness to travel frequently within NCR.
