HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, disciplinary procedures, and overall administrative and ethical standards within the workplace. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires. Maintain proper documentation and employee records. 2. Payroll & Compensation Process and manage monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Handle salary structures, deductions, incentives, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.). Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies. 3. HR Operations & Administration Maintain and monitor HR systems, databases, and policies. Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records. Ensure availability and upkeep of office supplies, equipment, and resources. 4. Work Ethics & Discipline Implement and uphold company policies related to employee conduct and discipline. Handle grievances and conflicts professionally. Conduct regular checks to maintain decorum and professional work environment. 5. Employee Engagement & Activities Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and team-building activities. Conduct performance reviews in coordination with team leads. Promote a positive and productive workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master’s degree Minimum 2 years of HR management experience. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and payroll processes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Traits: Organized and detail-oriented. Proactive problem-solver with a people-first attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
