Qualifications

Experience:Proven 6+ years work experience as an HR Manager in a similar role within a hospital setting.
Skills:Strong leadership, excellent communication, interpersonal relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and human resource information systems (HRIS).
Education:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master's degree is often preferred.
Attributes:A people-oriented approach with a strong focus on results and the ability to align with organizational culture.
