Job Title: HR Manager – Ayurvedic Centre

Location: Kozhikode

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:
We are a reputed Ayurvedic wellness and healthcare centre dedicated to holistic healing, traditional therapies, and overall wellbeing. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with industry standards and Ayurvedic healthcare practices.
Handle employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.).
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
4–6 years of HR management experience, preferably in healthcare/wellness/hospitality.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to align HR practices with the ethos of Ayurveda and holistic care.
