Job Description

  • Experience: Min 5 Yrs
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism).
  • Plan and manage employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Lead training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems.
  • Support organizational change and culture development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to reduce attrition.
  • Prepare HR reports and present them to senior management.
  • PF and ESI contribution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
