Job Summary:

The HR Executive/Manager will play a key role in managing human resources operations across our hospitality and real estate businesses. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, legal compliance, payroll support, and day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment across bar & restaurant operations and real estate projects.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local laws.
• Handle staff onboarding, induction, training, and retention strategies.
• Oversee attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, and labor law audits.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Support performance evaluation processes and promotions.
• Organize staff welfare and engagement activities.
• Maintain proper employee records and HRMIS database.
• Coordinate with local authorities as needed for HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or real estate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Karnataka labor laws and HR compliance.
• Fluent in Kannada (mandatory); working knowledge of English and Hindi preferred.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site (Hassan, Karnataka)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Salary: ₹20 to 30₹ K[range depending on experience]
