Job brief

We are looking for a skilled HR Manger who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Provide counseling on policies and procedures

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

Create and implement effective onboarding plans

Develop training and development programs

Assist in performance management processes

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Maintain employee records (attendance etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Maintaining pf, Esi and other statutory employee data

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR Manager position

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Proficient in MS Office

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Strong ethics and reliability

Experience

5+ Years in similar field

Qualification

MBA Human Resource

Recruitment & Selection process

1. Handling end to end recruitment & selection process.

2. After Preliminary screening of profiles from HR Executive then shortlisting the profiles & Taking HR round of Interview & after that sending technical round of Interview by Coordinating with the departmental heads till completion of hiring.

3.Based on Final selection process, salary discussion & Negotiation sending offer confirmation to candidates.

4. Finding the right consultant for recruitment and processing the agreement with them and also processing the invoice of recruitment charges.

5. Coordinating with the Naukri team & usage reports & renewal process negotiations.

6.Coordinating with Recruitment Consultants on weekly basis for closure of open positions.

7. Sending Weekly recruitment status report Managing director.

Onboarding Formalities

Verifying the documents of Joining formalities of newly joined candidates & maintaining the P-File Management of all employee records

Induction & Orientation

Conducting Induction & Orientation to the newly joined candidates & technical induction from all the departmental heads.

Pre-Employment Medical checkup

Pre-Employment Medical checkup to all the newly hired employees

BGV Processing

Background Verification to all the newly hired employees

Attendance & Leave Management

Need to verify attendance & Leaves of all the employees as per company policy before processing the salaries.

Attending for surprise audits at our RO's for verification of attendance, leave and wage registers.

End to end Payroll Processing

Processing Both HO & RO s Salaries on monthly basis based on attendance & leaves.

Coordinating with Operations team for any mismatch in attendance & any short amounts to deduct in payroll.

Statutory Compliances

Handling statutory compliances as like PF, ESI, Gratuity & Income tax declarations & deductions as per statutory norms & solving the employee grievances by approving the KYC and E sign process and registrations and transfer claim request and PF Final settlements.

Coordinating with the statutory consultants for any settlements of pf and any grievances with ESI & PF.

Performance Management

Collecting KRA's & KPI's from all the employees by coordinating with all the reporting Managers & review with Departmental heads.

Based on the KRA's & KPI's processing the Salary appraisals for all the employees twice in a year (April & November Cycle)

Work with management to design strategies for improving organizational efficiency.

Employee Grievances

Handling employee grievances in the organization.

Employee Engagement Activities

Need to Implement Employee engagement activities in the organization.

Employee Exit formalities (Offboarding)

Conducting exit interviews with resigned candidates and trying to retain the candidate.

Calculation of Attrition rate which the overall percentage of the left & active employees at the end of the financial year.

Processing exit formalities as per the company policy.

Processing Full & Final settlement as per company policy.
