Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations. The candidate should be skilled in managing a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for medical and non-medical staff

• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with healthcare industry standards

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations

• Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance redressal

• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management

• Plan and facilitate staff training, workshops, and skill development programs

• Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning

• Promote employee engagement and workplace well-being initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and healthcare HR practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
