Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Manager to manage the company’s end-to-end payroll process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate salary computation, statutory compliance, benefits administration, and ensuring smooth payroll operations in line with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system. Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other deductions. Prepare and submit statutory returns and challans as per government timelines. Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and deductions. Generate payroll MIS and assist with internal/external audits. Coordinate with finance and HR teams for month-end reconciliation and reports. Maintain confidentiality of payroll data at all times.
