Job Title: HR Manager – Real Estate
Location: Jabalpur
Experience: 10+ Years (Preferably in Real Estate or Construction)
Industry: Real Estate (Residential, Commercial, Luxury Projects)
Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable
Reporting To: Director / Head – HR / Managing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, strong leadership, and hands-on ability in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and strategic HR planning.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and mid-level real estate professionals (sales, engineering, architecture, back office, etc.).
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes.

HR Operations & Policy Implementation:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and company values.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations across sites, corporate office, and sales teams.

Performance Management & Training:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems (KPIs/ KRAs) and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill development and behavioral programs.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture across departments.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and welfare activities.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain positive workplace culture and internal communication.

Compliance & Statutory:

  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.).
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and coordinate with legal/finance for compliance updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR practices specific to the real estate/construction sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws, HRMS software, and payroll tools.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.

Educational Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in real estate industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
