Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Rajkot Area for an experienced HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing workforce plans, managing compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning
Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Experience in implementing HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and handling employee grievances
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Analytical skills for HR metrics and reporting; proficiency with HR software tools is a plus
Ability to work in a leadership capacity, mentor team members, and propose strategic HR initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA in HR is preferred
Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors, is a significant advantage
