Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Your responsibilities will include bridging management and employee relations, managing the recruitment process, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. You will also oversee a performance appraisal system and assess training needs to ensure high performance and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Address demands, grievances, and other employee issues. - Manage the recruitment and selection process effectively. - Support business needs through human capital development and engagement. - Oversee a performance appraisal system to drive high performance. - Assess and monitor training needs and programs. - Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices. - Maintain HR records and reports in accordance with legal requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. - Familiarity with HR systems and databases. - Strategic thinking and leadership skills. - Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships across all levels. - Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. - Degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA in HR is a plus). Please note, this is a full-time position with a night shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
