Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced HR manager to manage performance tracking, recruitment, and compliance, with a strong focus on sales team performance management. This is a key on-site role based in Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive performance management systems, especially for sales teams
Conduct appraisals, maintain performance records, and support goal setting
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding (focus on non-IT & sales roles)
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws, and audits
Maintain employee documentation and use HRMS for attendance and payroll inputs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
2–5 years of HR generalist experience (1+ year in performance management preferred)
Strong in Excel, HRMS tools, and compliance handling
Local candidates or those willing to commute to Irumbuppalam only
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
