Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager located in Chennai, with some remote work permitted. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They will also develop HR policies, manage payroll and benefits, and foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills
Performance Management and HR Policy Development skills
Payroll and Benefits Management experience
Strong communication and employee engagement abilities
Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry is a plus
Proficiency in HR software and tools
