We are now looking for an HR Manager who can lead our people operations and strengthen our company culture as we scale further.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations — from recruitment and on boarding to employee engagement and performance management. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, approachable, and passionate about building a motivated, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.

• Manage on-boarding, induction, and exit formalities.

• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team events.

• Oversee performance management, appraisals, and grievance handling.

• Work closely with management to align HR strategy with business goals.

• Drive positive work culture, motivation, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.

• 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

• A positive, solution-oriented, and approachable attitude.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
