Attendance checking, checking of Salary Slips, preparation of salary break up
Compliances of HR Statutory requirement on schedules as per Law (LWF / TDS / PT / PF /
ESIC )
Overlooking End to End Recruitment up to Pan India Level
Ensuring smooth flow of lifecycle of employee’s - from recruitment till retirement.
Leave calculation - Confirmed employees, LTA & Bonus Generation
Knowledge of state wise minimum wages act
Knowledge of Income Tax and Income Tax Documents Scrutiny
Admin – AMC renewal / Insurance renewal / membership renewal / Shop & Establishment
HR Monthly MIS Reports checking & Finalization
Other activities related to HR.
Plan, conduct & ensure employee’s performance appraisal
Plan and conduct employee engagement activities
Preparing HR Policies and coming up with new ideas and innovations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
