Role Overview

As our HR Manager, you’ll work directly with the Founder, leading all people-related functions, from hiring top talent to nurturing team engagement and culture. You’ll play a vital role in managing a team of 100+ employees, ensuring that every member of Samvestor feels valued, heard, and motivated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract and onboard the right talent.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences that reflect our culture.
  • Manage payroll, remuneration, and employee benefits with precision.
  • Address employee grievances empathetically and foster a positive workplace.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, attendance, compliance, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and drive employee development programs.
  • Update and implement HR policies to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain high team morale while managing a growing workforce of 100+.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance productivity and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven HR management experience in a fast-paced company.
  • Strong expertise in onboarding, offboarding, payroll, recruitment, appraisal and operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Indian employment laws and compliance requirements.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience and skill set)
