Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business Strategy. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs and initiatives across the organizations and identify opportunities for improvement and resolves problems.

Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff and encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff.

Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys.

Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.

Oversee all orientation and training programs are prepared for employees to efficiently complete tasks assigned.

Manage the overall performance management system and counsel all manager and employees about its important and procedures.

Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
