Job Description

Oberai Bakers & Café is a growing brand in the food & beverage sector, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR functions and support our team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for café and bakery operations (kitchen, service, admin, etc.).
Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Organize engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and design programs for skill enhancement.
Conduct regular workshops on soft skills, compliance, and safety.
Payroll & Compliance:
Oversee attendance, payroll processing, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
HR Policies & Procedures:
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals.
Ensure adherence to disciplinary processes and organizational culture.

Requirements

Female candidate with minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches/locations if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
