Ensuring new hires understand store policies, customer service expectations, and safety procedures. 2. Employee Relations Handling grievances and resolving conflicts among store staff. Promoting teamwork and maintaining a positive workplace environment. Ensuring fair treatment of employees and addressing misconduct issues. 3. Attendance & Payroll Monitoring staff attendance, shifts, and leaves. Coordinating with the finance department for accurate payroll processing. Managing overtime, incentives, and shift schedules. 4. Training & Development Organizing regular training for product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques. Encouraging skill development and internal promotions. 5. Performance Management Setting KPIs for employees (e.g., sales targets, customer feedback). Conducting performance reviews and recommending appraisals or corrective actions. 6. Compliance & Record-Keeping Ensuring labor laws and safety regulations are followed. Maintaining employee records (contracts, ID proofs, attendance, etc.).
