Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and systems. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations. Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal. Monitor attendance, leave management, and performance tracking systems. Coordinate training and development programs. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Salary: Upto 35000 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in the education or service industry).
