HR Manager

As an experienced HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals and manufacturing operations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices in HR management. You will provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters while organizing and facilitating employee training programs to enhance skills and promote career growth. Additionally, you will administer compensation and benefits programs, maintain employee records with confidentiality, and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. Your role will also involve preparing and analyzing HR metrics, reporting trends to management for data-driven decision-making, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment in line with the company's values. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of at least 10 years in an HR Manager or similar position, preferably within the manufacturing industry. You should possess a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements, especially in the manufacturing sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage HR functions effectively in a high-paced manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required for this full-time position.
