Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead our people‑focused initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for all roles. - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee‑relations programs. - Manage performance appraisal cycles, training & development plans, and career progression. - Handle grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with labour laws. - Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture. - Lead payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.), and maintain accurate HR records. - Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Desired Profile - 3‑7 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of Indian labour legislation and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to travel across India as required and work with diverse teams. - Graduate degree in HR or related field; MBA/HR specialization is a plus.
