Job Description

The role of HR Manager encompasses various key responsibilities to effectively manage the human resources functions within the organization. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations and engagement, performance management, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Recruitment & Onboarding: - Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify suitable talent for the organization. - Coordinate offer letters and facilitate smooth onboarding formalities for new employees. - Conduct new employee orientation sessions to familiarize them with the organization's culture and policies. Employee Relations & Engagement: - Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner. - Organize engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws to maintain a harmonious work environment. Performance Management: - Manage performance appraisals and reviews to assess employee performance effectively. - Implement strategies to improve employee productivity and drive performance excellence. - Assist in designing and conducting training and development programs for employee skill enhancement. HR Administration: - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. - Update HR policies in alignment with company and legal requirements to reflect current practices. - Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations as per organizational policies and legal regulations. Requirements: - Possess proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar human resources management role. - Demonstrate excellent strategic planning skills to align HR initiatives with business objectives. - Have expertise in recruitment, training development, and employee evaluation processes. - Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities across all organizational levels. - Showcase organizational proficiency with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications being advantageous.
