HR Manager – IT Industry (POS System Knowledge)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly in Point of Sale (POS) systems and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, implementing effective people strategies, and ensuring alignment between HR practices and business goals in a technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full employee life cycle — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit formalities. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives. Partner with technical teams to identify and recruit talent specialized in POS system development, support, and deployment. Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning. Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and compliance with labor laws. Manage training and development programs focusing on technical and soft skills enhancement. Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a healthy work culture. Handle disciplinary matters, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution. Support management with HR analytics, MIS reports, and retention strategies. Ensure HR technology systems and digital tools (HRMS, ERP, etc.) are effectively utilized. Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR within the IT industry (preferably in software or POS system-related companies). Excellent knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in HR software (HRMS/ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with organizations providing POS software, hardware integration, or IT-enabled retail solutions. Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
