Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in New Delhi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruiting, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Daily tasks will involve developing HR policies, managing recruitment and selection processes, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also plan and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are desirable
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
