Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant wage and labor laws.
  • Ensure complete statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, and other applicable regulations.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract qualified candidates for hotel and industrial catering roles across various functions and levels.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and documentation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures that support business goals and align with industry standards.
  • Partner with business and operations teams to understand manpower needs and build talent pipelines accordingly.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in alignment with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for recruitment and compliance support when required.
