Duties and responsibilities of an HR Manager:
Primary Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
3. Benefits and Compensation: Develop and manage employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
4. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Secondary Responsibilities
1. HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
2. Performance Management: Develop and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
3. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, including employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and reporting.
