Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee and manage key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll processing, training, and compliance. They will implement HR policies, support talent development initiatives, and facilitate performance management processes. In addition, the HR Manager will foster a positive work culture, handle employee grievances, and ensure adherence to company regulations and employment laws.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace environment
Experience in payroll processing, compliance with employment laws, and overseeing employee benefits
Skills in training development, performance management, and talent development strategies
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
Proficiency with HR management software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field; professional HR certification is a plus
Previous experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is advantageous
