Opportunity to build and grow a series-A startup. &Done is looking for stellar folks to join hands in building a global haircare brand.&Done is a new-age, premium, professional haircare brand, specifically formulated and tested for Indian hair, weather, and habits, using the best actives from across the globe. 1500 stylists are using us in 300+ salons across India. We are funded by one of India’s premier VC funds.&Done is founded by hair-obsessed, serial entrepreneurs Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain.Saumya studied computer science from IIT Delhi and did her MBA from Stanford GSB, USA. In 2019, she started Udayy, an edtech startup for kids, and scaled it to $2.5M ARR.Atit is a BITS Pilani’09 alum, 2X founder – Pluss (sold to Reliance’s Netmeds), Bulbul (sold to Good Glamm group), ex-VC @ Elevation Capital ($4B AUM).Both founders have been a part of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia charter.Your Role: HR ManagerWe’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can build strong people systems and culture while keeping pace with a high-growth startup. You’ll manage end-to-end HR—from hiring to appraisals—ensuring &Done remains a place where great talent thrives.What You’ll Do– Own end-to-end HR processes: hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance– Design performance appraisals, feedback cycles, and promotions– Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives– Act as the point of contact for HR-related policies and employee queriesWhat We’re Looking For– 3–5 years of HR experience in high-growth startups or high-functioning teams– Proven track record of handling appraisals, feedback, and engagement programs– Strong understanding of HR compliance and payroll processes– Excellent communication skills and high EQ– Structured, approachable, and people-first mindset📍 Gurugram HQ💰 Competitive salary + ownership in outcomes💇‍♀️ Perks: Build the team behind India’s next iconic beauty brandSkills: compliance,hiring,communication skills
