Opportunity to build and grow a series-A startup. &Done is looking for stellar folks to join hands in building a global haircare brand.&Done is a new-age, premium, professional haircare brand, specifically formulated and tested for Indian hair, weather, and habits, using the best actives from across the globe. 1500 stylists are using us in 300+ salons across India. We are funded by one of India’s premier VC funds.&Done is founded by hair-obsessed, serial entrepreneurs Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain.

Saumya

studied computer science from IIT Delhi and did her MBA from Stanford GSB, USA. In 2019, she started Udayy, an edtech startup for kids, and scaled it to $2.5M ARR.

Atit

is a BITS Pilani’09 alum, 2X founder – Pluss (sold to Reliance’s Netmeds), Bulbul (sold to Good Glamm group), ex-VC @ Elevation Capital ($4B AUM).Both founders have been a part of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia charter.What You’ll Do– Lead &Done’s social media across platforms—strategy, content, execution– Build an engaged social media community around haircare and selfcare– Collaborate with design and video teams to create compelling content– Track trends, plan content calendars, and keep the brand culturally relevant– Engage with the community—respond to DMs, comments, and user-generated content– Partner with influencers and creators to grow brand visibility– Monitor performance and optimise based on insightsWhat We’re Looking For– A confident woman with a strong on-camera presence and a personal following of 10K+– 2+ years experience managing a highly engaging brand social media account– Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats– A sharp eye for design, storytelling, and what resonates with an Indian beauty consumer– Interest in haircare, beauty, wellness, and thoughtful content creation📍 Gurugram | 💇‍♀️ Product access + on-brand perks💰 Competitive salary with high ownership and fast growthIf you’re ready to help shape the voice of India’s next iconic haircare brand—we’d love to meet you.Skills: marketing,instagram,social media
