Opportunity to build and grow a series-A startup. &Done is looking for stellar folks to join hands in building a global haircare brand.&Done is a new age, premium, professional haircare brand specifically formulated and tested for Indian hair, weather and habits using the best actives from across the globe. We are being used by 1500 stylists in 300+ salons across India. We are funded by one of India’s premier VC funds.&Done is founded by hair obsessed, serial entrepreneurs Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain.Saumya studied computer science from IIT Delhi and did her MBA from Stanford GSB, USA. In 2019 she started Udayy, an edtech startup for kids and scaled it $2.5M ARR.Atit is a BITS Pilani’09 alum, 2X founder – Pluss (sold to Reliance’s Netmeds), Bulbul (sold to Good Glamm group), ex-VC @ Elevation Capital ($4B AUM).Both founders have been a part of Forbes 30 under 30 Asia charter.

What You’ll Do

– Lead and own graphic design identity — digital, social, and offline collaterals– Set and uphold the visual identity and design language for &Done– Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life– Review and guide junior designers’ work to ensure premium output and consistency– Translate marketing briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement and brand recall– Stay updated on design, beauty, and culture trends to keep the brand aheadWhat We’re Looking For– 4–6 years of experience in art direction or graphic design (Beauty or fashion preferred)– Strong portfolio across campaigns, brand systems, and digital storytelling– Experience leading a design team or working with cross-functional creative teams– Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition– Sharp attention to detail, strong aesthetic judgment, and premium design sensibility– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion or video tools is a plus📍 Gurugram HQ 💰 Competitive salary💇‍♀️ Perks: Be the creative force behind India’s next cult beauty brandSkills: design,art,graphic design
