As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our design team and ensuring the delivery of visually compelling and brand-consistent materials. Your deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in advanced tools, and ability to mentor junior designers will be key in contributing to strategic design decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all design projects to ensure high-quality and innovative outcomes - Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all design outputs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute designs aligned with business goals - Train and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance - Prioritize, schedule, and deliver multiple design projects within tight deadlines - Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into the workflow - Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 3+ years of professional experience - Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant tools - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, UI/UX, marketing collateral, etc. - Exceptional creativity, visual skills, and attention to detail - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field In addition, the job offers health insurance and provident fund benefits.
