We're Hiring: Graphic Designer & Editor (Onsite, Full-Time) Location: Guwahati, Assam Company: Avikash Solutions Media LLP Avikash Solutions is looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer & Editor who genuinely understands social media. This is an onsite, full-time role for someone who enjoys designing, editing, experimenting, and growing digital pages. What you'll do: Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and online ads Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) Assist in branding and marketing collateral Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and deliverables Follow platform-specific design trends and dimensions Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team Coordinate with clients when required Track content performance and suggest creative improvements for growth Tools you should know: Canva Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premier Pro What we're looking for: Strong portfolio with social media-focused work Solid understanding of platform best practices (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Eye for detail and consistency Basic video editing & motion graphics (bonus) Someone who breathes social media and stays updated with trends Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 during 3 months probation After permanent role: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on performance) If you’re creative, reliable, and excited to work in a growing digital agency environment, we’d like to hear from you.
