Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the Human Resources strategy for our India Center of Excellence (CoE). Your role will involve partnering with business leaders, ensuring operational excellence in HR processes, building a high-performance culture, and driving initiatives that align with global strategies while catering to local needs. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and the India CoE's goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to the India CoE Leader and ATOSS Senior Leadership, you will provide insights on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Your responsibilities will also include driving alignment between global HR policies and local practices to ensure consistency and cultural relevance. Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent to the India CoE will be a key aspect of your role. You will design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership pipelines. Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, proactively managing any legal or ethical concerns, will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will formulate the employee handbook, integrating it with HR policies in HQ where applicable. As the single point of contact for all HR matters, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and learning and development programs. You will also support pending and new recruitment activities and devise salary structures, especially once the legal entity is established. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a CoE or global organization. A proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning is required. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices, experience with HR analytics and tools, along with excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as high emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, will be valuable assets in this role. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative and innovative work environment. Join us at ATOSS, where we digitize workforce planning and deployment processes, revolutionizing the interplay between profitability and humanity. If you are a data-driven professional with a passion for automation and a background in revenue operations, we would love to have you be a part of our success story!,
