Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our resort chain. The HR Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance across multiple resort and restaurant units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality HR, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a culture of excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations across all resorts and restaurant units of the group.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices tailored to the hospitality industry.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff at all levels.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve service standards, customer experience, and employee performance.
  • Monitor and manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, minimum wages, and other HR-related regulations in Kerala and other operating locations.
  • Coordinate with department heads (front office, housekeeping, F&B, operations) to ensure manpower alignment with business needs.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review.
  • Support organizational growth by identifying leadership potential and implementing succession planning.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or restaurant chains.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality HR practices, workforce scheduling, and service standards.
  • Familiarity with HRMS, payroll systems, and labor compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a multi-location workforce with flexibility to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
