Lead end-to-end hiring for multiple departments (Healthcare, Digital, Technical, Customer Support, Accounts, etc.).
Collaborate with team leads to forecast manpower needs and finalize hiring priorities.
Prepare job descriptions, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the final selection process.
Oversee smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires.
Maintain recruitment trackers and weekly hiring dashboards.
Ensure adherence to statutory and labor compliances (PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and statutory registers.
Handle audits with accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
Partner with finance for payroll processing, attendance, and performance-linked pay.
Build a positive and transparent work culture.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, rewards, and recognition initiatives.
Address grievances confidentially and maintain healthy team relations.
Conduct regular one-on-one discussions for feedback and morale tracking.
Define KRAs and KPIs in coordination with department heads.
Implement structured review cycles and appraisal frameworks.
Track attendance, productivity, and performance metrics.
Recommend corrective actions or learning interventions when needed.
Draft and maintain company policies on attendance, leave, code of conduct, remote work, and performance.
Ensure all policies comply with labor laws and company values.
Communicate updates clearly across the organization.
Align HR plans with business growth strategies.
Support leadership with organization structure, workforce forecasting, and succession planning.
Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives and process improvements.
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory).
48 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (startup experience preferred).
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance processes.
Experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Hands-on with HRMS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and documentation.
Analytical thinker with strategic execution mindset.
High emotional intelligence and professionalism in conflict handling.
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
