HR Manager

Role overview Primary objective is to ensure sufficient Approved Manpower is allocated for smooth running of plant. Ensure all compliance as per factory Act, workman compensation Act, ISO compliance are in place. As a Plant HR head you need to Map Hiring Needs and recruit candidates using various job boards/ sites, consultants. Engage contract labour suppliers and vendors needed for smooth operation of the plant with necessary contracts. CV Screening and doing first round of interviews. Schedule interviews with Plants Hiring Managers. Maintain and provide all MIS and time office data for salary processing. Essential skills ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills ·       Stake holder management ·       Time-management skills and multitasking ability ·       Expert of MS Office, Excel, PPT Word ·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers ·       Knowledge of ISO, labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends Responsibilities and Duties ·       Manpower/ Labour management & allocation. ·       Understanding the hiring requirements of plant managers ·       Timely completing formality of Probation & confirmation. ·       Annual appraisal co-ordination and completion. ·       Monthly MIS and time office management for salary processing ·       Ensure smooth joining and induction of new employees. ·       Salary and Incentive data checking and send to Central HR. ·       Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks ·       Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications ·       Reviewing resumes and screening candidates ·       Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers ·       Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates ·       Building rapport and maintain relationships with candidates  ·       Develop New vendors for Manpower/ Labour supply ·       Joining & Relieving formality of employees up to exit interview. ·       Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring efficient HR processes. ·       Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees ·       All documentation storage & Management. ·       Employee Engagement related activity i.e Birthday celebration, Picnic arrangement if any IR Related ·       Maintaining discipline ·       Issuing letter to employees for misbehave after getting corporate HR approval ·       All Legal compliances to be fulfilled. ·       Contractor bills & compliance checking. ·       Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment ·       hazardous material management ADMIN Related ·       Having over all control on Plant administration & facility ·       Vendor Management & Labour PO Management. ·       Vehicle Maintenance. ·       Security activity control & Monitoring. ·       Canteen quality check & control with help of canteen committee. ·       Guest house maintenance. ·       Colony related issue observe & solve with help of plant head. ·       Maintaining harmonious relations with local bodies. ·       Festival related planning & completion. ·       Colony room allotment,  ·       CCTV Cameras observation & supervision. ·       All Plant Premises Housekeeping. ·       To help settlement of ESIC & insurance related claim of the employees. ·       Insurance Claim documentation in GMC Policy Experience required: 10 + yrs of relevant experience in manufacturing & managing entire employee cycle Education: MBA/ PD DBM /Graduate from reputed institute
