Job Description

As a potential candidate for the position at Ankura Hospital, Gachibowli, you will be responsible for various tasks and must meet specific qualifications: Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee engagement, exit formalities, grievance handling, and industrial relations. Additionally, you will be in charge of handling new joiner onboarding processes, resolving issues during the probationary period, maintaining accurate employee data records, and conducting regular audits for accuracy. Your role will also involve providing support in conflict resolution among employees and between employees and management.
