Job Description

As a Manager- Human Resources, your role is crucial in supporting the company's expansion journey by building a quality team aligned with the organization's objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires - Leading employee onboarding activities and providing support to managers during integration - Administering employee benefit programs, resolving claims, and maintaining related systems - Reviewing, streamlining, and implementing organization-wide HR policies - Designing and overseeing the performance review process - Leading employee recreation, reward, and recognition programs - Identifying training needs and facilitating training programs Qualifications & Profile: - Graduation is a must, with a Master's degree in human resources, labour relations, or business administration being an added advantage - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources - Exposure to managing resources in a factory setup, including working with labor force, contractors, and understanding labor laws and compliances - Knowledge of the retail industry is advantageous - Preference for female candidates above 30 years - Strong people management skills with the ability to handle a diverse set of employees - Ability to address workforce management issues, ensure high motivation levels, and be self-driven - Excellent communication skills and a strong network This position is Full-time and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
