Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all operational and administrative roles
Develop engaging job descriptions and utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates who thrive in a customer-focused, fast-paced entertainment environment.
Conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the team and understand safety protocols.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

Design and implement fun, creative employee engagement and recognition programs to boost morale and retention in a high-turnover sector.
Act as a first point of contact for employee relations, resolving grievances, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious work culture.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for skill enhancement, particularly in customer service and safety compliance.

3. Core HR Processes & Compliance

Oversee all essential HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
Develop, update, and ensure strict adherence to all internal HR policies and procedures and relevant local labor laws.
Manage performance appraisal systems and disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
