Head - Customer Experience & Operations

**Job Description:** As the Operations Manager, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility's daily operations, including the karting track, arcade, PC gaming zones, food and beverage service, and events. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all areas to guarantee efficient operations and a premium guest experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and enhance profitability. - Maintain the highest standards of safety, service, and cleanliness across all departments. - Take full ownership of budgeting, profit & loss statement analysis, revenue management, pricing strategies, and cost control. - Lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and handling guest complaints and feedback professionally. - Act as the brand ambassador, nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and the local community. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional events, loyalty programs, and social media campaigns. - Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team, set performance goals, provide coaching, and foster a positive work culture. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in senior management within the entertainment, hospitality, or recreation industry. - Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and proficiency in P&L analysis. - Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively. - Genuine interest in gaming, racing, and entertainment. - Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational and guest-related challenges under pressure. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Details:** The company provides the following benefits: - Commuter assistance - Food - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund *Note: Job Type - Full-time*,
