Project description Our client, one of the leading Agriculture Companies, is modernising their landscape and adopting AI and innovations in their process. As a software engineer you will join a team of professionals working on Organisation R&D and help to build organisation services on next level

Responsibilities

Curate & manage HR knowledgeOrganize policies, processes, and best practices into accessible repositories.

Analyze HR dataUse AI tools to generate insights on workforce trends and HR metrics.

Develop AI promptsCreate and refine prompts for HR-related AI use cases.

Collaborate with stakeholdersWork with HR, tech, and leadership teams to align AI initiatives.

Ensure ethical AI useMonitor for bias, fairness, and compliance in AI applications.

Drive adoptionSupport change management and training for AI tools in HR.

Continuous improvementStay updated on HR tech and recommend enhancements.

Skills Must have

AI Literacy & Understanding of AI Tools

Data Literacy & People Analytics

Prompt Engineering

Algorithmic Awareness

Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, or specialized HRIS systems.

Experience in guiding HR teams through digital transformation and AI adoption.
