Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

HR IT Recruiter

to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals across various technologies and seniority levels. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and source top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, and on boarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements, understand role expectations, and define sourcing strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
  • Negotiate salary and close offers with selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and databases.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with current trends in IT recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
  • Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for niche IT skills and senior-level roles.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruiting is a plus.
