Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an HR IT Recruitment Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The HR IT Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT positions. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management tasks. The HR IT Recruitment Specialist will also work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and support overall HR management functions.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in IT recruitment and the technology industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools
