Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Use various platforms like job boards, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) to source, attract, and engage IT candidates for open roles.
• Job Postings: Create and post job ads to attract candidates in specific IT fields (software engineering, cybersecurity, data analysis, etc.).
• Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, screen candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand the specific needs of each IT role, ensuring the best possible match.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer.
• Offer Management: Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates, extend offers, and manage the onboarding process.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in IT recruitment, industry standards, and compensation to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
• Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire, to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Technical Understanding: Knowledge of technical terms and roles within the IT industry (e.g., software development, network security, cloud computing).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in reviewing resumes, assessing technical skills, and managing multiple candidates and roles.
• Tools & Software: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
