Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Participate in interview processes and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits and necessary documentation.
  • Support in organizing and conducting employee orientation sessions.
  • HR Administration:
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and HR reports.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and track attendance.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, or diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support project development.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
