Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-months onsite internship at our Hi-Tech City office. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain HR records and employee data
• Help organize internal HR events and engagement activities
• Contribute to day-to-day HR operations and admin support

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a corporate environment

Work Type: Internship | Full-Time | Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
