HR Internship

As an HR Assistant in this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms - Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and interview panels - Supporting new hire onboarding by collecting documents, assisting in orientation, and preparing welcome kits - Maintaining and updating employee databases, both physical and digital files - Assisting in documentation of new joinees, interns, and exit procedures to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality - Supporting HR operations including leave and attendance management systems, as well as compiling HR reports and dashboards - Coordinating training sessions, maintaining training calendars, preparing feedback forms, and tracking training attendance and progress - Planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and surveys, while gathering feedback and supporting internal communication - Helping circulate HR policies, maintaining acknowledgment forms, assisting in audits, and adhering to HR best practices - Observing and learning about various HR functions like recruitment, participating in HR meetings and training sessions, and completing assigned tasks with regular progress reports To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment - Discretion with confidential information This position offers full-time, permanent employment and is suitable for fresher candidates.
