HR Internship

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to support recruitment and onboarding operations for our Internal Sales Officer (ISO) positions across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end hiring process, onboard new recruits, and assist in training and administrative coordination to ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection:
• Identify, source, and recruit Internal Sales Officers (ISO) across various districts in Tamil Nadu.
• Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Onboarding & Training:
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new interns and recruits.
• Conduct induction and training programs to ensure effective integration into the organization.
• Support learning initiatives and track progress of new hires during their initial period.
• HR Coordination & Administration:
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative and recruitment tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, attendance, and reporting.
• Employee Engagement & Support:
• Act as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
• Help organize team-building and engagement activities.
• Contribute to improving the overall HR operational workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
